WEBSITE NOTICE / 6 OCTOBER 2026
Who operates this website
Hustle and Cultivate Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia. Questions about access, privacy or records can be sent to remi@hustleandcultivate.com or raised on 0410 209 954.
Information collected
The professional portal receives your signed-in account identifier, email and available display name through Sign in with ChatGPT. H&C does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. When you apply, we collect the organisation, role, registration, jurisdiction and authorisation details you provide. We also retain access decisions, catalogue permissions, enquiries and records of relevant workspace activity.
Do not submit patient records, prescriptions, health information, payment-card details or unnecessary identity-document numbers. An initial email enquiry should contain only the information needed to discuss your business requirements.
How information is used and shared
H&C uses these details to assess access eligibility, communicate about your enquiry, manage permitted professional information and maintain accountability. Information is available to the H&C workspace administrator. Catalogue recipients see only records specifically released to their accounts; they do not see other applicants’ information.
Enquiries are stored for H&C review. The portal does not automatically send them to suppliers or quality teams. Any necessary introduction or onward disclosure should be agreed in the relevant engagement before it occurs.
Hosting and account services
This site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Cloudflare services for application records, encrypted login sessions and protected files, and Supabase Auth for email verification and client sign-in. The Supabase project’s primary database is located in Sydney, Australia. Login emails are sent through H&C’s configured email provider, currently Google Workspace. Existing administrator accounts may also use OpenAI sign-in. Processing by these providers may occur outside Australia. Their respective service and privacy terms also apply. No additional advertising pixels or analytics trackers have been added to this site. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical and security data as part of their services.
Access, correction and retention
You can review your submitted organisation details in the portal and submit corrections for a new access review. Contact H&C to request access to other information held about you, correction, account closure or deletion. H&C will assess the request and any applicable record-retention obligations. Records remain until reviewed and removed by H&C; this portal does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule.
Eligibility and confidentiality
Sign-in identifies an account; it does not establish professional eligibility. H&C reviews the relevant legal audience, organisation, role and authorisations before granting time-limited access. API and genetics permissions are separate. Record and document access may be limited, withdrawn or allowed to expire.
Use your own account, keep access secure and promptly report changes to your role, organisation or authorisations. Do not redistribute restricted information to unauthorised recipients. Do not upload information unless you are entitled to share it for the stated purpose.
Role of the portal
The portal supports professional information sharing and enquiries. It does not provide clinical advice, patient access, checkout, order acceptance, stock reservations or instructions for release or dispatch. A listing is subject to current supplier evidence and the applicable authorisations; its presence is not a guarantee of availability or suitability.
H&C’s role is assessed for each engagement. The actual authorised seller is responsible for acceptance and invoicing, designated quality personnel control release, and appropriately authorised parties direct supply. Portal access does not confer a licence or permission to obtain, possess, supply, cultivate, manufacture, import or export any material.
Regulatory references
Information-access and transaction requirements depend on the activity and jurisdiction. These official references inform the workspace controls:
- TGA: advertising directed exclusively to eligible professionals
- Victorian Department of Health: wholesale by indent
- Office of Drug Control: acquiring seeds and nursery stock
The controls support H&C’s review process; they do not replace activity-specific legal, regulatory or professional assessment.
